Power of Attorneys
We can assist filers with a single Power of Attorney legalized with Apostille.
We take care of the delegation into each of the jurisdictions as well as complying with their formalities so we save the client several visits to the secretary of state or department of external affairs to obtain Apostilles, and best of all, we take care of going from embassy to embassy to obtain the consular legalizations. Given that not all Latin American countries have consulates in every country, it is very convenient for clients to issue one Power of Attorney and legalize it only once with Apostille.
Filing a mark country by country in Latin America would mean that the Director of the Company would have to sign 18 documents, arrange for visits to 3 consulates, and obtain 8 Apostilles just to get started in the procedure:
Argentina | Apostille | Costa Rica | Norarial |
Bolivia | Consular | Dominican Republic | Apostille |
Brazil | Original | El Salvador | Apostille |
Chile | Consular | Guatemala | Consular |
Colombia | Scanned | Honduras | Apostille |
Ecuador | Apostille | Mexico | Scanned |
Paraguay | Notarial | Nicaragua | Apostille |

Early on
I am so fascinated by photography and it’s capability to bring your imagination to amazing places. Early on, I fell in love with the idea of filming my own productions, so I set out to learn everything I could.
Current
I have been teaching myself filmmaking for the past four and a half years and I’m still learning every day. I am building my business as a freelance filmmaker, as well as working on my own photo shoots.
